Is there a minimum to place our order?
No, if your within our free delivery service area there is no minimum. Regardless of
the amount of items sold you will receive 40% profit of each and every item sold.
Our free delivery service area covers Ohio. If you are outside of these states we do
require a 400 item minimum order. If your sale is under 400 items you can still
place your order, but you will receive $3.80 per item sold. Either way you will not
be charged a delivery fee.
Do we have to place our order in full cases?
No, we do not require groups to order in full cases. However, if your group is
outside of our free delivery service area we do require full case orders to simplify the
delivery process.
Do you offer participant prizes/incentives?
Yes, we provide generous top seller cash prizes and can change them around to better
suite your organization.
How long does it take to get our product delivered?
Once we receive all of the order forms, it will never take longer than 14 business
days.
How does the delivery process work?
If you are in our free delivery service area we will pick up the order forms and give
you a poster informing the parents when they can pick up their orders. Then, on the
day of delivery, we will come to your organization, separate, and box all the orders.
We will even help carry orders out to the participants vehicles.
How long will the products stay frozen when it is delivered?
All the products will arrive for delivery frozen at sub-zero. If the products are left in
a shaded area it will stay frozen for the entire delivery process or up to 6 hours.
Is the cookie dough Kosher Certified?

Are there samples free of charge?

Are order forms and parent letters free?
Yes
